Barrick-Western Power Plant

Offsetting power use and providing power for the utility grid is important for the Barrick operation, and this 1.3 megawatt, ground mount system was designed to do the job. Built with 7,404 Sharp solar modules, and multiple SatCon inverters, the system also features Draker Lab's real-time, web-based system monitoring, for easy tracking of power production. This turn-key grid-tied PV solar system consists of one large ground mount array totaling 1.26 MW, and a parking structure array of 35.7 kW.
